We arrive in Old Town, Albuquerque’s oldest quarter, complete with Breaking Bad.

We’re off to Old Town...and I consider Albuquerque (née Alburquerque) and how the CSA didn’t do well in the desert.

We discover, alas, that New Mexico is not immune to global warming. But, there’s great coffee to be had, at least until we melt.

It strikes me that even in this wonderful place, beauty contains within it that all too fatal touch of mortality.
